We are a specialist supplier of below market value deals and have substantial experience in sourcing discounted property from sellers who sell below the market value to achieve a quick sale. We source deals at a minimum 20% discount from the current market value and also see deals as much as 40% below the market value.
We supply these discounted property deals to investors who are looking to build wealth from the property market. Our investment deals are open to everyone who are able to obtain a mortgage and for people with cash who are looking to make their money work harder. The whole process is relatively easy to understand and a summary of how it works as follows:
- We source the deals directly from a vendor who is selling a property at a discount to get a quick sale
- The deal is secured with the vendor at a discount. The discounts vary from a minimum of15%
- We offer the discounted property to our investors on a first come first serve basis.
- A finders fee is added to all deals that we offer
- The investor reserves the deal with us by paying a nominal reservation fee
- We organise the purchase of the property in conjunction with the vendor and the investor.
- We can also assist in the financing of the deal
- We DO NOT charge our investors any membrship or joining fee.
