>> The deal is secured with the vendor at a discount. The discounts vary from a minimum of 20% and can be as much as 40%
>> We offer the discounted property to our investors on a first come first serve basis.
>> A finders fee is added to all deals that we offer
>>The investor reserves the deal with us by paying a nominal reservation fee
>> We organise the purchase of the property in conjunction with the vendor and the investor.
>> We can also assist in the financing of the deal
>> We DO NOT charge our investors any membrship or joining fee.
