Why is your property discounted?

We source property from people who need to get  a quick sale. This, for example, could be someone who is facing a repossession due to financial debt and offering to sell their property quickly at a discount before they are repossessed. If the seller has enough equity in their property, he or she would benefit from selling to us (even at a discount) instead of loosing it all to the bank.

How do you find distressed buyers?

We advertise heavily throughout the UK, marketing to sellers who may need to sell their property at a discount. We get many sellers contacting us directly offering us property below the current market value to sell their house quickly.

What discounts do you offer in your property deals?

We normally supply property deals that are at a minimum of 20% below the current market value. This discount can be more and we have been known to offer much higher discounted property.

How do we know the property discounts are genuine?

We carry out a thorough due diligence on the value of every property deal that we tale on. We have to do this on behalf of our investors to ensure that they get the best deal, If we feel that a discount in a property is not genuine, we will simply decline the deal and move onto the next one. In addition, all our buyers will normally carry out an independent RICS survey of the property to verify the current market value. If, however, a property survey is not in line with the mentioned valuation we will either refund your reservation fee or negotiate a new discount with the vendor based on the new valuation.

Do I have to pay a membership fee?

No. We are NOT a property club and don’t charge extortionate fees just for you to be able to view our deals. We send out free property alerts to keep you informed of the latest deals on the market.

How do you make your money?

We normally charge a finders fee for every deal that we offer. This fee normally varies in accordance with the discount and the merit of the deal. All fees are notified in advance to our investors.

Our deals our available on the investment property section of this website. It must be noted that a lot of our deals sell before they even make it to the website so to be kept informed of the latest deals, send an email to list@investmentpropertysales.co.uk with your full contact deals, including your phone number to get the latest properties instantly.

We supply property nationwide in the UK and also supply property in Spain and the USA.

The process for purchasing one of our investment properties is simple:

We can arrange the finance of the property to help you complete the sale
