If you are looking for formal qualifications in buy to let property investment, there are no formal qualifications as such. You do not need any formal training to become a property landlord. However, a number of organisations offer training courses on the law and day-to-day practicalities of being a landlord, including:

There are also other areas in which you can potentially improve your skills to help you manage your buy to let business better. You can look to improving your skills in areas like basic bookkeeping, marketing or negotiation.

Certificate in Starting your Business, which you may find useful. The courses outline the key knowledge areas required to set up a small business, including researching your market, business equipment and supplies, budgeting, small business law, and creating a business plan.
